Sean Denny
Sean Denny is a Certified Financial Planner® and seasoned real estate strategist with over three decades of experience guiding developers and landowners through every stage of the development lifecycle, from site identification and land assemblage through entitlement and successful disposition. His core philosophy centers on foresight and precise execution, ensuring every decision advances stakeholders toward their goals and maximum financial returns.
His CFP® designation brings a unique financial lens to complex real estate transactions. This expertise allows him to advise sellers and partners on sophisticated financial strategies, optimal land valuation, and structures that maximize long-term outcomes while navigating the complexities of assemblage and entitlement across the Mid-Atlantic region.
When not working, Sean enjoys traveling with his wife Kristy, spending time with his son and daughter, and their dog Michelob.

Bill Holland
Bill Holland is a results-driven real estate professional with over 25 years of experience specializing in the strategic acquisition, assemblage, and entitlement of land for development across the Mid-Atlantic region. He began his building career as a project engineer and manager for an industrial and steel mill contractor, gaining deep hands-on insight into construction operations and the practical needs of industrial developers.
His core expertise lies in the meticulous analysis of complex contracts, due diligence processes, and financial structures. Bill brings a practical, deal-oriented approach to every project, guiding it from initial site identification through final disposition while always prioritizing the protection and success of his clients and partners and maximizing long-term value.
He is passionate about helping landowners and development partners achieve their goals and secure the full potential of their assets. He also holds a Maryland Real Estate Brokers license. When not working, Bill loves spending time golfing and watching football with his two sons.
